An Alberta Land Title search will identify the current owner of the property and show all outstanding interests in the land or property.  These interests include mortgages, caveats, easements and builder’s liens.

You must provide the legal description OR the land identification number code (LINC) OR the title number of the property.

The title can not be searched by the address, however, for an additional fee, we can search the municipality in which the property is located and obtain the legal description, allowing us to complete the land title search.
